Dulcet takes us into the life of Laya. Born without ears or the internal structure for hearing Laya faces the daily struggle of trying to fit into the hearing world. Yet, Laya is surrounded by the Music that ony she can hear, and when Laya Sings the fabric of reality is altered.

For most of her life Laya is unable to control her ability, it protects her and those she cares for, but it is wild and upredictable. Her power is also so immense that she can stop the sun in its track and cause the sky to rain blood.
